Meetup emails

This release adds:

1. Parsing of emails from meetup.com
2. Storing the entire original message in the database, in the emails table.

Working command-line application to parse mails from Charlie O'Donnell and Frank Denbow. The EmailParser-Windows-v1.0.1.zip contains additional files and instructions for installing and running on Windows.
