Update Currency of 'Mauritania' and 'São Tomé and Príncipe' #952

It seems there have been some updates on the currencies of the following two countries:

Mauritania
Starting in 2017;

  • They are using MRU as currency instead of MRO
  • Their symbol is UM instead of MRU

São Tomé and Príncipe
Starting in 2018;

  • Their currency code is STN instead of STD

Reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S%C3%A3o_Tom%C3%A9_and_Pr%C3%ADncipe_dobra

Additional Note:
My Android Tablet doesn't recognize old currency codes. That is how I detected the change.
