This PR adds a new animation. It displays randomized waves of 3 configurable colors.
Recently I've been experimenting with writing GLSL shaders and came up with an idea to port one of my creations into ly's background animation.
I'm a novice when it comes to zig programming, so feedback is very much welcome.
