Description

Updates code in replaceReferencedCode.ts and replaceReferencedMarkdown.ts to be compatible with windows and mac.

Changes Made

Use cross platform path utilities instead of trying to do regex based operations for filepaths

Testing

Unit tests added/updated
Manual testing completed
