This PR renames
pubmedstopmidsfor consistency across the query module, and fixes a duplicated test name. It also removes redundant copies of statements that are returned when there are multiple relations representing a single statement (e.g., Complexes).The PR also fixes an issue with beliefs not being set to the actual score when taking the json property of a statement relation.
