Mercury Editor tries not to include too many additional libraries, but there's some really amazing projects that are definitely worth using. Here's a list of those libraries, and links to their project homes.

jQuery

jQuery 1.7
jQuery UI 1.8.13 (we only bundled a few things -- todo: which aspects?)

Other

LiquidMetal 0.1 (for filtering snippet lists)
Showdown (a javascript port of markdown -- github flavor)
