SwitchBot Cloud : target temperature as integer in cloud request #131520

Breaking change

SwitchBot cloud Climate no longer handles decimals target temperature.

Proposed change

Target temperature as int instead of float in the _do_send_command cloud request.

Breaking change on the SwitchBot cloud API, see comment on OpenWonderLabs/SwitchBotAPI#363

This change seems to work on another unofficial switch bot cloud integration : KiraPC/ha-switchbot-remote!58
