vulkanizer is running under Linux. Below is a test render with the "Stanford Bunny".

Not sure if the rendering is correct. Note that this is working under AMD's Ryzen 3700U (Integrated GPU), so I can't test Nvidia-specific features. Had to fork two of the submodules as they were causing issues.
Tested under cmake version 3.28.1, gcc 13.2.1. Someone should check whether the changes cause any problem(s) under Visual Studio.
