0.4 will be the next big release of flag_shih_tzu, which has seen many patches, but otherwise been very stable in features for many years.

Not yet sure what will be going in here, but I am sure there are lots of things that can be improved as we move toward a 1.0 release. We may or may not drop support for some old, EOL'd Ruby and Rails versions here.
