pnpm changed the lockfile format.
I've also removed some unused part of the workflow file. No need for bloat we're not going to use.
I've also removed the in-repo action in favor of: https://github.com/NullVoxPopuli/action-setup-pnpm which does the same thing: https://github.com/NullVoxPopuli/action-setup-pnpm/blob/main/action.yml#L24
