Use Windows Narrator AT in demo. Uses windows shell commands (start, tasklist, taskkill, etc) to start, check running status, and stop Narrator.

Posted as a draft. This isn't functional yet. At minimum needs to resolve a need to run taskkill with Administrative privilege.

I've labeled this as an enhancement to highlight the fact that Narrator support is not currently on the project roadmap.
