The cron schedule for the workflow in scorecards.yml has been changed. Additionally, the versions of "ossf/scorecard-action", "actions/upload-artifact", and "github/codeql-action/upload-sarif" used in the workflow have been updated. The 'Harden Runner' step has also been removed.
