M1 W1 build features.

Yang IDE week 1 build: yangide-m1.w1.update-site.zip

Initial M2E integration.

Support code-generation on the fly. Triggered then yang files are changed. Right now it doesn't replace/remove existing generated java files then master yang structures are changed/removed/renamed.

Yang project wizard.

Maven based new project wizard to created new projects with default pom.xml and one default sample yang file.

Initial Yang Editor with basic syntax coloring and preferences.

CI integration.

Installation update site could be build using maven from project root.
