Managing email notifications
Single Cell Portal sends e-mail notifications for changes made by others to all studies
that are accessible to you. Email notifications are on by default but can be configured
on a per-study basis. Delivery of Single Cell Portal administrative emails can also be
configured.
Emails are also sent by FireCloud when access permissions are changed for FireCloud workspaces that are accessible to you. FireCloud email notifications are managed through the FireCloud user interface.
After logging into the portal, click your user name in the upper right corner, and choose
"My Profile" from the dropdown menu.
