We have a growing collection of standardized pipelines from different consortium, de facto community pipelines and suggested best practices. We hope these will help you process data in a consistent way that can be harmonized within your consortium and between your projects. These pipelines are cloud-native, horizontally scalable, and leverage GA4GH standards.

Running a pipeline will occur computing costs, these tend to be minimal and much less than the cost of the assay but do change with the size of the data and the nature of the pipeline. To have pipelines turned on in your study you will need to provide a Google Billing Project to fund the study. The charges accrued from running pipelines come from Google Cloud Platform and not the Single Cell Portal. These can be monitored using Google Cloud Platform Billing and Admin Consoles.
