Upload Overview

Overview of the upload wizard

When first creating a study, you will be brought to a wizard to walk through data upload. Below highlights key areas of the wizard.

1. These tabs track which step you are on as you progress in the wizard.
2. Description of the step and associated data for upload.
3. Example data to download.
4. If you want to rename the file, include the new name here, otherwise, the loaded file's name will be used.
5. The type of the file being uploaded (is selected for you automatically).
6. Enter a description of the file here.
7. Click "Choose File" to choose the file to upload.
8. "Save" and "Delete" can be used to save current progress or delete files.
9. "Skip" and "Next" can both be used to move to a next step without loading the current step file. If you do not load all files needed for visualizations, the portal will not attempt to visualize the study. Once all required files for visualization are loaded the portal will automatically create pages to visualize the study.
10. "Previous" allows access to the previous step in case files need to be reloaded.
